h Approaching 0 in the Difference Quotient

What happens when h approaches 0 in the difference quotient?

In this post, we examine the behaviour of the difference quotient \frac{f(x+h)-f(x)}{h} as h \rightarrow 0 as an informal introduction to the concept of a limit, as a part of the Prelim Maths Advanced course under the topic Calculus and sub-part The Derivative Function and its Graph.

In this video, we take the limit of the difference quotient as it approaches 0, understanding what happens visually when the difference quotient approaches 0.
