Activity Networks is a part of the VCE Further Maths topic Networks and Decision Mathematics. It is a part of the subtopic Scheduling and Critical Path Analysis. An activity network is used to display the dependencies of activities on preceding activities. These kinds of networks are weighted and directional, showing how activities must be completed before another can be started. Terms you will learn include dummy activities and float time.
