Non-Linear Relations is a part of the VCE Further Maths topic Graphs and Relations. In this post, we look at understanding what a non-linear graph is, and how to interpret a non-linear graph. Non-linear graphs include any that do not follow the y = a, x = a or y = mx + b form. These can include parabolas, hyperbolas or even exponential graphs!
What is a Non-Linear Graph?
Watch this video to understand the differences between linear, and non-linear graphs. It will also help you to understand the applications of non-linear relations.
