Binary and Permutation Matrices

Binary and Permutation Matrices is a part of the VCE Further Maths topic Matrices and subtopic Matrices and Their Applications. A binary matrix is an array of 0’s and 1’s. A permutation matrix is square and has only one 1 in each row and 0’s everywhere else.
