Project Crashing

Project Crashing is a part of the VCE Further Maths topic Networks and Decision Mathematics. It is a part of the subtopic Scheduling and Critical Path Analysis. Project crashing is the shortening of the length of a project by reducing the time of tasks. This is often done by increasing the project resources, including using more people for a task.
