Factors that Affect the Rate of Photosynthesis is a part of the VCE Biology area of study ‘How Do Cellular Processes Work?’ and subtopic ‘Photosynthesis’. There are three factors which affect the rate of photosynthesis. These are:
- Light intensity
- Carbon dioxide concentration
- Temperature
These three factors are especially important when considering growing plants in different conditions, and also in the context of climate change!
So How do These Factors Affect Photosynthesis?
Watch this video to learn more!
Want to see this demonstrated? This is a video of a practical exercise which tests these factors in action!
