Earth’s Changing Geological History is a part of the VCE Biology area of study ‘How are Species Related?’ and subtopic ‘Changes in Biodiversity Over Time’. There have been significant changes in life forms on Earth over time. These include:
- the rise of multicellular organisms
- animals on land
- flowering plants
- mammals
All of these changes were caused to some extent by the changes in Earth’s geology.
