Sketching Squared Functions

When sketching inverse functions we can use both the original graph and equation to determine what the inverse function will look like. This is part of the Prelim Maths Extension 1 Syllabus from the topic Functions: Further, Work with Functions. In particular, we will learn to examine the relationship between the graph of = () when squared and square rooted.
