Not all of the years have marking guidelines unfortunately, and some of the older papers include questions on topics/content no longer covered, but they’re still useful.
Going over past questions can help you figure out what kind of questions you may be asked in the HSC and how to deconstruct them!
They’re also the best way of practising your essay writing skills as well as short answer style questions!
