What are the Trailblazer Awards?
The Trailblazer Awards celebrates Year 12 students beyond their ATAR, recognising students from across Australia who have overcome personal challenges and used their final year of school to positively impact their community.
The Trailblazer Awards acknowledge the significant contributions of 50 students within their schools, local communities and the impacts of their achievements. Our Top 50 Trailblazers will go on to have an incredible impact as future leaders in Australia!
The Top 50 Year 12 Trailblazers for 2022 were selected by our judges:
- Marina Wu – Co-Founder & Chief Community Officer at Earlywork
- Mandy Dante – CEO & Founder of Flourish Girl, accredited TEDx speaker and facilitator, senior female facilitator at The Rites of Passage Institute
- Jahin Tanvir – 2022 Young Australian of the Year Finalist, Youth Ambassador at UNICEF, award-winning keynote and TEDx speaker, Board Director of the Adolescent Health Association of Australia
- Elisabeth Goh – Blackmores Women+Wellbeing Winner, Anthill 30 Under 30 Entrepreneur Winner, NSW Rural Fire Service Firefighter
