We are excited to announce that Frank Wong has been selected as Coach of the Month and is the recipient of the Integrity Award for the month of October!
Each month our Art of Smart Team Leaders will be working with their teams to nominate 1 coach for the Coach of the Month Award. These Awards represent us wanting to live our values and express our gratitude for the awesome work that they do with their students.
The Integrity Award is given to someone who has acted with integrity and does what they and say what they do!
Frank received the Integrity Award in recognition of his communication, consistency and attendance.
Frank has attended almost every team meeting throughout the year and always contributes to team discussions! His Team Leader, Scott, is very proud of his efforts, stating “You have always made an effort to attend team meetings even just prior to thesis being due and your feedback from customers has been outstanding”.
His customers are also very grateful for his consistent efforts, stating that their children “are really enjoying the maths lessons!”.
