Modelling using Sine and Cosine Rules

In this post, we construct mathematical models using the sine and cosine rules in two and three-dimensional contexts, including bearings, and use the model to solve problems. We also verify and evaluate the usefulness of the model using qualitative statements and quantitative analysis. This syllabus dot point is a part of the QCE Maths Methods course under the topic Trigonometric Functions 2 and sub-part Cosine and Sine rules, specifically focusing on modelling using sine and cosine rules in two and three-dimensional contexts.
