What is Critical Path Analysis?
Critical Path Analysis is a technique that identifies the activities required to complete a project, the time necessary to complete each activity and the relationships between the activity. It helps predict when a project is due to be finished and when the earliest and latest a project may be finished. Critical Path Analysis uses Activity Charts to state each activity and their duration, along with immediate predecessors and scheduling, which highlights what activity must be done before conducting another. The following video introduces the concept of Critical Paths and each of the features in QCE General Maths.
How do you construct a critical network?
AÂ network diagram is used to construct critical path analysis problems. It represents the activities required to complete a project, the time it will take and whether there are any predecessors before starting an activity.
