Critical Path Analysis is a technique that identifies the activities required to complete a project, the time necessary to complete each activity and the relationships between the activity. It helps predict when a project is due to be finished and when the earliest and latest a project may be finished. It uses Activity Charts to state each activity and their duration, along with immediate predecessors and scheduling, which highlights what activity must be done before conducting another.
