What is Critical Path Analysis?

What is Critical Path Analysis?

Critical Path Analysis is a technique that identifies the activities required to complete a project, the time necessary to complete each activity and the relationships between the activity. It helps predict when a project is due to be finished and when the earliest and latest a project may be finished. Critical Path Analysis uses Activity Charts to state each activity and their duration, along with immediate predecessors and scheduling, which highlights what activity must be done before conducting another. The following video introduces the concept of Critical Path Analysis and each of the features in HSC Standard Math.
