What are simultaneous equation models?
Simultaneous linear equation models uses two linear functions to describe a practical scenario. Often the point of intersection is the solution to the problem given. Unless the question specifies otherwise, you are free to use either method, graphical or algebraic, in order to find the point of intersection.
However, make sure you read the question to ensure they don’t ask for a specific method! The following video will show you how to solve practical examples using simultaneous equation models in HSC Standard Math.
