Electronegativity and Bonds

Recall that electronegativity describes the ability of an atom to attract electrons. So, atoms with higher electronegativity can attract electrons much better then atoms with low electronegativity. If atoms like these interacted where would the valence electrons of these atoms be likely to go? This video explains how electronegativity and bond polarity are related.
