Practical Investigation: Formation of Images in Mirrors and Lenses

How do images form in mirrors and lenses?

In this post, we conduct a practical investigation to analyse the formation of images in mirrors and lenses via reflection and refraction using the ray model of light, as a part of the Prelim Physics course under the module Waves and Thermodynamics and sub-part Ray Model of Light.

In the following two videos, you will take a look at the formation of an image by a convex lens and a concave mirror.
