Plane Polarisation of Light

This section is part of the HSC Physic syllabus Module 7: Nature of Light under Light: the Wave Model.

What happens when we polarise light? It’s similar to what happens when you put on a pair of sunglasses – in fact, that exactly how they work! Polarisation is the act of blocking wavelengths of light.
