Introduction to Physical and Chemical Properties

Physical properties refer to the effect of certain environmental stresses to a substance which does not produce any new substance (e.g boiling point, melting point). Chemical properties, on the other hand, refer to the reactivity of a substance that involves the production of a new substance.
